We provide repair services for a number of products within our store. When you drop off your unit with us, we will do our best to fix it within a timely manner. We keep you informed of any issues and delays that pop up, and will call you about additional repair costs, if necessary.
Repairs We Do: Service Repairs - basic services such as tuning, restrings, replacement of drumheads, etc. This also includes more advanced repairs for any type of instrument. We'll do almost everything!
Warranty: For products under warranty, we can take care of it for you. We will ship it back to the factory or have our own certified technician repair it under warranty. For warranty repairs, the only thing you pay is shipping if you purchased the item from us unless there is something not covered under warranty. If something will not be covered under warranty, we will let you know.
Non-Warranty: Products that are no longer under warranty require a deposit prior to diagnosis. The deposit is used toward the repair cost and we will call you with an estimate if the repair is higher than expected. These types of repairs are performed at our store locations, by a local certified technician, or sent back to the factory depending on the type of product and issue.
"Donny did an outstanding job refurbishing a 1966 Fender bass. He treated it with care and respect. Followed up and helped me get needed parts and assembled additional supplies needed to complete the guitar playing experience. Thanks!"
"I do visit the P C Sound store located in Washington quite often as I have purchased a few mics and music stands and chords and guitar stuff. Yesterday, Monday March 5, I took my pride and joy Martin guitar to your store to have my chord jack tightened on the back of the guitar. A young male associate of yours made quick work of that and he really liked my guitar and during the conversation I asked him if it was possible to add some type of additional pick guard to front of the hole as that is where I picked at by habit and that I was going to wear a hole in my guitar if I didn't put something there. He showed me the standard guitar pick guards and suggested that I alter it or cut it down and fit it to the shape needed. I asked him if he could do it for me. He said that he could and it would take him about 15 minutes. He did an excellent job and I am so happy with the result. He was most reasonable with the price and I wished that I had asked his name. I will continue to purchase all of my musical equipment from your store thanks to sales people like him."
