COVID-19 Statement

PC Sound has always been committed to serving our communities here in Eastern North Carolina, and we will continue to do so in the face of the COVID-19 situation.
Our online store does not have all inventory posted yet, but it is something we are working on.  However, you can view everything by visiting one of our two retail stores that are open!  Click here to view our current store hours.  
We continue to offer shopping via our online store, and free curbside pickup at both locations. Installations and service calls to churches are continuing as normal.


Update October 10, 2020
Both retail locations have increased their hours, but remain closed on Wednesdays & Sundays. Our new hours are below:

We continue to ask all customers to wear a mask to enter into our stores, as well as sanitize their hands upon entry. As the situation with COVID continues to progress, we ask all of our customers to please continue to follow CDC and government guidelines.
IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK, please do not enter our stores. You are welcome to use our online store, or make use of our curbside service by calling the location of your choice upon your arrival. 
Our Washington location has resumed in person lessons. Students are asked to wear a mask throughout the duration of the lesson, and sanitize their hands before entering the lesson room. Lessons continue to be offered online as well, via ZOOM calls, and students can choose between in person or online. Lessons registration can also be completed online.

Both retail store locations continue to operate on reduced hours. Greenville store hours have changed in order to allow more time for customers to visit our location.

Update March 30,2020:
As of March 30, 2020 at 5PM, our Washington retail location has temporarily closed following the governor's orders in NC.  We are still shipping online orders placed on our website and assisting by phone.  Please give us a call at 252-946-6100 if you need any assistance. 
We look forward to seeing everyone again once we are able to re-open!


Update March 24, 2020:
As of March 24, 2020 at 6PM, our Greenville store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19.  Our online store is still available for pickup in Washington or shipping to your house.
Our Washington store is open and operating at reduced hours which are:

Saturday 10AM to 3PM
Music lessons are continuing online for Greenville, with the option for online or in-person instruction in our Washington location.  
Our video, audio, and lighting install team is still servicing businesses, churches, and schools in the area with their needs.

PC Sound has always been committed to serving our communities here in Eastern North Carolina, and we will continue to do so in the face of the COVID-19 situation. 

PC Sound will remain open and operational in order to help serve our customers, however, this is subject to change as the situation progresses. We are implementing a health & safety plan in order to continue our services safely.

  1. Employees will be wiping down all high touch areas as frequently as possible, in order to reduce any potential for the spread of the virus from these surfaces.
  2. Employees will be washing their hands as frequently as possible to help ensure their own health, as well as the health of our customers.
  3. We are asking any employees who are feeling unwell to stay home, in order to avoid the spread of any illness in the PC Sound workplace.
  4. We ask that any customers who are sneezing, coughing, generally feeling unwell, or have been out of the country in the past 21 days to please take advantage of our other shopping alternatives listed below.

We ask that customers utilize these options if you are in need of our services and/or products: 
  • Shop our online store PCSound.net - please keep in mind, our complete inventory is not yet listed, but we do have quite a few products listed. Items purchased online for store pickup will be delivered as curbside pickup.
  • Message us via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Google
  • Call our locations by phone and our team will be more than happy to assist you. You can even purchase items over the phone for curbside pickup.

For Students

  1. Effective 3/16/20, all students who come into lessons at PC Sound will be required to wash their hands prior to entering the lesson rooms.
  2. PC Sound is exploring online options for lessons. We will provide an update once it is finalized.

Our number one priority is to serve our communities, and that includes helping to ensure the well being of our customers.
