Rentals

Our rental equipment is able to cover your audio, video, and lighting needs. We have system rentals that are ready to go, or we can tailor a rental to suit your needs.

The gear we have available for rent includes: 
  • Projectors & Screens
  • Sound Systems & Components (Mixers, Speakers, Cables, Subs, Stands, Microphones, Power Amps, etc)
  • Lighting Systems
  • Karaoke Machine

If you are interested in renting equipment from us, then please contact us as soon as you can in order to reserve it for your event. There are times when all of our gear may already be rented out for a particular week/weekend, so it is best to reserve in advance. Reserving your gear in advance will also allow us time to make sure it is ready for pickup as soon as you walk through the door. We ask that you reserve a rental at least 48 hours in advance. 

To reserve your gear, we require at least a 50% deposit. 

Prices vary depending on what gear you want to rent out. The longer you rent the gear, the more you save per day. If you're interested in a rental, or have any questions about available equipment, give us a call at 252-946-6100. We look forward to working with you.

Rental Procedures

If you are interested in renting equipment from us, there are a few things we will need from you. This is for your protection and ours so please be aware of these procedures when you go into the store. Our employees have been trained to follow through on these procedures at all times.

  1. Valid ID / License required of the person picking up the equipment.
  2. Confirmable Cell Phone. A number is needed on file, in case we need to contact you.
  3. Valid Credit Card
  4. 50% Rental Deposit is required at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures that we will have the equipment set aside for you and ready.  It also guarantees there will be equipment available for your event.
  5. Remaining balance of rental due MUST be paid at pick-up.
  • For over $500 value, an extra deposit of 20% will be required. This will be refunded after items are returned & checked.
