GENERAL TERMS
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped/picked up condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. To complete your return, buyer must contact PC Sound. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
New items: Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of pickup, or the date of delivery, for a full refund less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. PC Sound reserves the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% restocking fee if item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
Used & Vintage Items: Most vintage and used items may be returned within 14 days from pickup, or the date of delivery. PC Sound reserves the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% restocking fee if item is not in the same condition as as when purchased.
The following items are not returnable under any circumstances:
Gift Cards, Strings, Reeds, Drumheads, Drumsticks, Software, Speakers, Tubes, Sheet Music, Harmonicas, Mouthpieces, Earbuds/Headphones (if unsealed), Special Orders, Discontinued products, and any item that may come in contact with the mouth or ears.
Items sold "AS-IS", on clearance, or on closeout cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pcsound.net or give us a call at 252-946-6100.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
REFUNDS
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and restocking fees, if applicable. We strive to process all refunds within 3 to 5 business days upon the return being received at our location. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account could vary based upon your bank's processing times.

To return your product, you must contact PC Sound for return authorization. Then you should mail your product, with proof of purchase, to:
