In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup to make life a little easier for you. Inventory levels for our store locations are listed on each product page and are updated once a day. This is to make you aware of quantities available because if your pickup location does not have the item available, but the other location does, it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be ready. If the items are in-stock at your pickup location, then the order will be ready in less than 24 hours. This excludes holidays and weekends since we are closed on major holidays and on Sunday's.
Some items are pickup only due to size or weight. These items state "Store pickup only" in the description.
Lower 48 States
We offer shipping to the contiguous 48 United States only.
Handling Time
In most circumstances, we will process your order within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and charge your credit card for the amount of the items plus applicable sales tax and/or shipping.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days
We work diligently to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, but some items require extra attention to pack. For guitars and other large purchases, please allow time for thorough inspection, setup, and specialty packing.
Most orders are shipped using standard methods. We currently use USPS or UPS under most circumstances.
